Bonnie Faucett Esq. is an estate planning attorney, thought leader, software founder, mom to five children, stepmom to two daughters, and an Army wife.
As an estate planning attorney for 15 years practicing across three states, Bonnie has served over 800 families in designing their estate plans to protect their children, assets and legacy.
Bonnie has also helped 187 estate planning attorneys throughout the U.S. establish automation for their firm with a focus on how to most efficiently and effectively manage the flow of data for each client from start to finish.

Emilia currently resides in Indiana. When the cold winter months subside,

Tina is a new addition to Your Legacy Drafting after taking a twenty-year career sabbatical to raise her three children. Prior to children, she was a paralegal at law firms in Washington, D.C. and Charlottesville, Virginia, where she discovered that she enjoyed estate planning and administration work the most. As an Estate Plan Drafter with YLD, Tina works diligently and efficiently to provide high quality drafting support to our clients.
Tina lives in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband, children, and two cats. As a mom of two teens in high school and a young adult in college, she is learning to treasure this current season of parenting.
